Execute process and equipment installation Qualification (IQ), operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), Test method validation (TMV) as per 21 CFR 820.75. Work on CAPA investigation for root cause analysis, including CAPA plan design and implementation. Optimize existing processes, and ensure production goals are met with a specific emphasis on manufacturing efficiencies. Drive innovation and cost-effectiveness of systems and processes to provide operationally effective robust solutions and improvements. Implement and schedule of validation testing. Support SCAR, Complaint/feedback documentation and investigation (21 CFR 820.198). A Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) with 6 months of experience in job offered or related occupation is required.
